      good equipment , flexible hours, ok salary

      Cons

      Icelandic office shrinking at fast pace, most engineering/it jobs moved to Poland (forced by investors), financial difficulties, bad middle management in Poland that are out of touch with Scandinavian / Nordic values and work culture, no team culture or bonding

      Great culture, great people, cold beer, awesome parties and the best foosball table.

      Work/Life Balance could be better i.e. too much overtime, which could be prevented with better planning.
