Pros
Great company model, most colleagues are awesome.
Cons
All suggestions are demeaned in front of colleagues only later to be brought back by the CEO as his idea. Women are not respected equally or seen with same value as men. Discouraged to reach minority classes. Mid managers are puppets to CEO, won't provide answers until the big boss tells them what to say. Very high employee turnover.
