      Pros

      There are not pros besides a salary, which was low in this locality. They based it on salaries from Puerto Rico and not in the Bay Area. HUGE difference and definitely underpaid.

      Cons

      Where do I start... the current upper management is the worse I've seen in my career. They wanted you to be a "yes man" to Merck and not speak up. If you do, you'll end up having enemies and they will replace you eventually. We are hired to tell the client what to do but MTG wants you shut up. Whenever you need a PO, it has to go all the way to the HQs in Puerto Rico and it will take forever to get it process. They have a local office that would be ideal for having local support but they won't. They are dream sellers to the employees and the client.

      Pros

      Access to senior management is fairly easy, varied work assignments and opportunity to travel / relocate. Management is very mixed, some great people and some not so great. I can definitely see myself moving back if the opportunity arose.

      Cons

      Leadership really needs to figure out what it wants to do and stick to that vision.
