Honestly this company left me very negative impressions. Before starting the job I was invited twice to an interview with my manager. And both times he simply didn't come... without any warnings. Both times I had to pass interviews with other people who (as it turned out later) haven't worked with me directly. Thus the decision to hire me was based on opinion of extraneous persons. When I started to work I was assigned to tasks which were not related to my job responsibilities which we discussed on interviews before. My manager simply assumed that I have an experience in the required area despite the fact that I had noticed my interviewers about the lack of my experience in this area on both interviews and even highlighted it. Because of this mess, after a month my manager decided to fire me.
