      Pros

      Tons of benefits (monetary, lifestyle, health, etc). Stability - can't go wrong with a company that's operating for 120+ years. If Meralco bankrupts or closes down, I think theres a bigger problem within the region than my employment. lol Hybrid-work setup. Accesible office location - at the heart of Pasig.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance depends on the team you are in. Projects in the pipe sometimes get out of hand resource and allocation wise - there are so many projects at any given time. + -
