Pros

some of the professional staff at Mercator is tremendously hard-working, insightful and true industry thought leaders

Cons

management is both controlling and driven by small mindedness and pettiness. Makes for an uncomfortable mix of talented people hamstrung by lack of leadership.

Pros

Some good research directors/analysts who are passionate about their respective service verticals. Company has a good reputation in the payments industry for their research.

Cons

No opportunity growth. Founder and CEO is very close-minded and very difficult to work with. A constant turnover of employees.
