Healthcare fully paid by employer.
Cons
Few covid protocols, would not inform employees when they were in contact with a peer who was confirmed. Management would fire employees so rapidly. It fosters an environment of distrust. 12-1 lunch mandate is unrealistic for OT exempt positions. "Unlimited PTO" just means they do not have to pay you out when you leave.

Free Insurance (8k deductible) cant leave work to utilize without using your PTO PTO - sick time and vacation time!!! Good luck getting ill here or take time off!!! Non Salaried Employees are treated poorly Owners don't care about employees only their bottom line! I must have seen 45 people get fire in one year alone and their are maybe 20 employees!!!!
