Stable company with great salaries but distant office culture
Pros
Good salaries, benefits, and opportunities for growth. It's rare to be given a permanent contract upfront in the Netherlands, so it's a stable company to work for. The location itself is highly accessible and practical. There is an abundance of intellect. Swiss colleagues are transparent, consistent, positive, respectful, and conscientious. I genuinely appreciate their collaborative attitude, and I highly value their proactive approach. The work itself is fine. I'm most interested in/passionate about the legal, HR, and IT tasks.
Cons
I literally talk more to our colleagues abroad in Dubai, Geneva, Singapore, London, Las Palmas, and Athens than the ones at my own office. I genuinely wish that I worked at our office in Switzerland instead.
