Pros

Is existing good peoples inside this organization, yes, trying to make business that can be trusted, like real business should be. But these peoples, they are not so many — few and far between, as you say — and their job is very, very difficult one. They must give advice on legitimacy of high-risk business, but this business, it has little interest to face reality. Not so easy task, I think you agree. Crypto, it is already complex thing — nobody is arguing this. But why, I am asking you, why must they make it even more complex? Is not enough, the complexity? No — instead they are playing shell game with the funds, yes? Moving money here, moving money there, foreign exchange involved, many many parties all touching the flow of funds, and complete — how to say — complete disregard for what is legitimate standard. This is not how serious business operates. This I know

Cons

The executive team, new ownership also — they are unwilling to communicate, this is clear to anyone with eyes. Basic information, they hold it in secret like it is precious treasure belonging only to them. And at same time — same time! — shortcuts are everywhere, questionable ethics is running like disease through whole organization. Is spreading, spreading, nobody is stopping it. These nominee roles, you know what I mean yes? People holding these positions, they are like shadows — you cannot find them, you cannot hold them accountable, because accountability is concept they do not understand or do not wish to understand. Is convenient, no? And this part, this is most serious I think — there are firsthand accounts, real people witnessing with own eyes, senior members of company asking employees to conduct illegal activities. And for what purpose? To cover up other illegal activity. You understand what I am saying? Illegal activity to hide illegal activity. All of this, everything I am describing — it is happening while local directors, they are ones carrying most of the liability. They are holding the bag, as you say. The ones at top, they are protected. The ones at bottom, they are exposed. This is not accident. This is system

Pros

Great benefits, management is hands-off, so you work independently. Work fully remote.

Cons

There is no synergy between teams, the structure is almost non-existent, and everything is urgent. Most employees are fighting fires all the time and there's little time to work on strategic thinking.
