Group-close mentality means you can be later than normal leaving
Pay is ok, but not great
Management is pretty hit or miss
Sunday Brunch (worst pay of the week, most work of the week, longest day of the week)
*pretty solid team / work environment
*can be a stressful job at times but that is to be expected in fine dining
Cons
* pay for lunch as a server was MUCH worse than dinner for very similar work, not sure what they could do as this just the result of check amounts (and as a result tip amounts) being much lower at lunch, but it was super frustrating to make decent money for a dinner shift and make barely anything when working a lunch shift.
