Pros

This is a good organization to work for. I think they can improve on many things, but as a whole it's really nice. In my specific department, the leadership team works well together and they do allow the team to have direct input on changes and any area in need of improving.

Cons

The down side to this organization is while you can move around from position to position, in most cases to be taken seriously, you need a degree of some type. Very disappointing.

Pros

Meridian is a large company with multiple locations and services provided throughout central and northern NJ. There are many opportunities within the company and it can be looked at as a stepping stone into the medical field. The benefits package is also not bad.

Cons

The pay for almost any job at Meridian is absolutely terrible. For someone who has their Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, this is not the organization for you. Yes, you need to start somewhere, but with pay starting at just a few dollars above minimum wage...I suggest looking elsewhere for employment.
