      Pros

      Staff is efficient however they still get pulled into the toxic work environment starting with leadership.

      Cons

      There is a ton of harassment that happens from the two old advisors. Ranging from physical, verbal and sexual harassment. I would stay away from this place at all costs. Very unprofessional and discomforting..

      Flexible or say they say but when it comes down to it if it’s a small office your required to figure it out

      Cons

      Micromanaging when managers aren’t even on site. They don’t properly staff their branches and overwork people with no pay raises even when they’re requested. The squeaky wheels get promoted when other people are doing their work for them to help out.
