      There were any pros working here but a steady paycheck

      Cons

      Severely understaffed, accepted students with behavioral issues but didn't have the staffing for them. Didn't receive proper training to be able to deal with these challenging students.The management tried to throw their weight around knowing they were unstaff.HIGH TURNOVER, RUNNNN
