Good work environment and good benefits
Pros
If you have around 3+ years of experience as a conference manager, you would find working at Messe Berlin (Singapore) really enjoyable as you would have full autonomy in planning and executing your work. Of course, a fresh person would need some guidance from the team; but since everyone is busy with their own work, so if you are looking for a full-fledged training at the start, that could be a challenge. At the end of the day, you've got to do your own homework. Travel benefits are great. Since the company is in the travel industry, you will get to travel for work in Asia, Europe, the U.S., and sometimes South Africa depending on your job requirements.
Cons
As shared above, you would have to be pretty much on your own RE your work. This is a plus point for an experienced candidate but could be a minus point for fresh graduates for at times, you could find yourself a bit lost in the team.
