Pros
- Nice, clean and quite office located in Mayfair - Italian culture embedded in the firm - Good if you want a stable job to pay bills for a while - Good work/life balance and working hours as no overtime expected - Decent benefits: tube allowance and good pension scheme - colleagues are generally nice
Cons
- The job and the office are quite boring in general. It seems like time does not go by. - The managing director is generally unbearable - Micromanagement - The management are quite rigid and backwards. They don't really listen to the employees and impose their decisions on them. You are always meant to obey like children in school. - No opportunities for development or career progression. You will always be an assistant that does the work for the manager's and acts on their decisions - The industry it operates in is damaging for the environment, which makes the job even less motivating - the clients/suppliers are quite rude in general as they don't like involving the company in their projects
