Pros
No pros.Not a single perk. They show you all parties and flashy stuff but dont get persuaded by them. Here only looks matter not brains.
Cons
Long working hours Personal Life ruined You have to do all the work (Procurement, Logistics both outbound and inbound, Inventory Management, Vendor handling, Customer and sales, accounts data entry and the list goes on) Too much politics. People here will rip you apart for any mistake you do here. The old staff which is permanent will not let you settle here. Stay away from the team of AV Rangarao.
