Excellent Learning Curve and exposure to software programs and projects, generous and guiding leaders
Cons
The management will promise you things on the interview but not stated in the contract so that it can't be guaranteed whether you will get the things informed to you. Therefore you need to clearly review the offering letter and ask for revisions if needed

1. 95% of company are mainland Chinese w or w/o PR w zero know how of their work. They hire Singaporeans, steal ideas and let them go. 2. HR is totally unprofessional, loud mouth, refuse to reimburse company trips after work is done. Most obnoxious department experienced. 3. Nothing to learn.
