      Better than average annual pay, free lunch for operations staff when boarders are on site, possibility for term time only work

      Cons

      No annual leave if you're term time only, HR are very difficult to deal with, high expectations of every position, difficult enterprise agreement negotiations, no work from home possibility

      Terrible management, lots of bullying

      Salary was competitive, IT department were excellent

      Cons

      - I personally experienced and heard lots of reports of bullying at mlc including reporting of this bullying to no avail - The principal has made lots of redundancies on the hush hush recently - Many departments are in disarray, admin staff treated terribly
