Bad management, no ethics, hostile work environment, toxic co-workers, no job stability, and character assassination/slander. A glorified job mill, new nursing staff every six months and poor corporate leadership. Corporate leadership does not have a clue what they are doing. They have a weird over reach into the branch location which keeps employees from performing their job. They force employees to share personal medical records in order to be employed and are HIPPA violators. I wish someone would have told me to research this company before I accepted the job offer. Go anywhere but here.
