Their is not much to talk about the pros of the agency. Their were 2 bosses from which one 1 was removed from the agency because he forced with many girls, from which one spoken up about the WRONG THINGS which the boss did with her.
Cons
The current boss doesn't respect the employees, doesnt give credit for good work. Low SALARY if you are experience or fresher. FREASHER please dont come because their is no one to teach you, most of the experience and senior people left the agency because of the bad work culture over their. Most of the GOOGLE reviews and ambitions box reviews are forcefully written by the employees.
