Pros
Good Benefits! Good pay Discounted food Staff (that isn't upper management) are very kind and supportive people.
Cons
Departments left with no management, poor training, events are very unorganized and miscommunication between all departments on daily operations. Very understaffed. Building is not equipped for the events and daily service (food had to be run between two buildings, taken outside and through a laundry room to get to the hotel restaraunt!) Zero work life balance and beyond draining physically and emotionally to work here. Be warned.
