This is not company. It is product based software shop. One family(from US) runs this. They are pathetic unprofessional people. they hire people and keep them for few months like their labor, they expect people to work at least 12 hrs a day and if you fail according to their expectation then the man from US will ask you to leave. There are hardly 4-5 people working here. there is no HR their is no management only one man from US will drive you.
