      Pros

      The people make this a 4 star review instead of a 3 star review. This is the first job where I enjoyed spending time with employees outside of work.

      Cons

      Old school management style in many departments. Also many mergers lately where Centria Brand leaders are replacing Metlspan leaders. I'm not sure whether this will be a good move or not.

      Company is now a part of the NCI Group, forward direction with growth potential and collaboration with other company owned brands.

      Cons

      New President and direction, some department managers are not monitored well and need further training.

      New management is heading company in right direction. People are great. Good mix of experienced people with new people. Increasing employee engagement.

      Cons

      Systems / technology in some department is outdated. Some employees need to become more engaged. Several leadership changes recently at various levels.
