Management is in over their heads: - They makes promises they cannot keep - They will talk a lot of talk but will very rarely - if ever - follow through. - They will hold grudges and lie to you - They either are unable to communicate to their team or choose not to - They play favorites and have issues of unchecked misogyny - They want total control of every aspect but lack the decision making ability to run things effectively - ie. They are micromanagers that refuse to manage. - There is a serious lack of upward movement opportunity
