      Free health insurance Good snacks Tim is a great GM/ Kevin is a great team lead Small team

      Pros

      Metric is overall a great working environment. The team is composed of extremely smart and motivated people, and is very quick moving and collaborative. Everybody is accessible including upper management, so there's a ton of opportunity to learn from folks with different skill sets.

      Cons

      This is not a company with a lot of structure. If you're used to a single explicit job description and a boss supervising your work, you're not going to get that.

      It's interesting that a lot of these reviews mention structure. It's true. Metric is not the most structured place to work. That's a fact. However, the majority of the reason we run the company like this is because that's what our employees love. NO ONE WANTS TO BE MICROMANAGED! So we don't do that. Ever.

      Pros

      Amazing group of talented young professionals - They say to surround yourself with people that are smarter than you ... this is the place to do it. Great culture and work environment - Everyone works hard but they find plenty of time to have fun too. From a week in the Hamptons, to a trip to Cancun, to lots of fun happy hours ... I had a blast getting to know everyone at Metric. Tons of opportunity - With 5-6 companies and growing under the Metric umbrella, there's a lot of room to grow your career and learn a lot in a shorter period of time. Executive team that cares - Most companies I've worked for, I hated my bosses. Not possible at Metric. These guys really care about their employees and make it a point to make sure everyone is happy and appreciated.

      Cons

      I mean we could have stayed in the Hamptons all Summer ...
