Pros

Great employees that genuinely care

Cons

If you are in the "in" crowd" they are good to you in the beginning. They are a bunch of narcissistic bullies that treat their employees like slaves. They expect people to live to work and not have lives outside of this company. They have archaic ideas and won’t adapt to the new work world, forcing people to come into the office every day. If they allow people to work a hybrid schedule, they revoke it shortly after. Management thinks that laws and rules that don't apply to them and they can just do whatever they want and treat people however they feel like it. They target employees they don’t like to try to force them to leave. Not every employee is treated the same; rules apply to some but not to others. They lack respect and integrity. They send out company surveys but then don't really listen to what the employees have to say and make zero changes. Just a full-blown mess and this company needs a complete management revamp.
