Pros

Great employees that genuinely care

Cons

If you are in the "in" crowd" they are good to you in the beginning. They are a bunch of narcissistic bullies that treat their employees like slaves. They expect people to live to work and not have lives outside of this company. They have archaic ideas and won’t adapt to the new work world, forcing people to come into the office every day. If they allow people to work a hybrid schedule, they revoke it shortly after. Management thinks that laws and rules that don't apply to them and they can just do whatever they want and treat people however they feel like it. They target employees they don’t like to try to force them to leave. Not every employee is treated the same; rules apply to some but not to others. They lack respect and integrity. They send out company surveys but then don't really listen to what the employees have to say and make zero changes. Just a full-blown mess and this company needs a complete management revamp.

Pros

This has always been a very welcoming atmosphere. Co-workers are encouraged to speak up, day-to-day is fun and enjoyable. Laughter is encouraged, gossip is discouraged and approached in a positive manner. Everyone here rows in the same direction--there is a real feeling of genuine teamwork as people readily share resources, expertise and advice to deliver a product that we can all be proud of, even when post-Covid incoming business is keeping us all super-busy (and every month gets busier). Work/Life balance is a key focus area; employees are encouraged to take time they need, work from home when [possible/necessary; the leadership team is very flexible and understanding of personal situations. You never know what pro-athlete is going to walk through the door and interact with the employees (especially during golf season)!

Cons

Looking forward to an upcoming office renovation. Because of our size, there are certain roles for which there are limited career advancement opportunities (but cross-training is always positive and encouraged). On the other hand, there are a lot of opportunities to learn the business from all sides.
