This has always been a very welcoming atmosphere. Co-workers are encouraged to speak up, day-to-day is fun and enjoyable. Laughter is encouraged, gossip is discouraged and approached in a positive manner.
Everyone here rows in the same direction--there is a real feeling of genuine teamwork as people readily share resources, expertise and advice to deliver a product that we can all be proud of, even when post-Covid incoming business is keeping us all super-busy (and every month gets busier).
Work/Life balance is a key focus area; employees are encouraged to take time they need, work from home when [possible/necessary; the leadership team is very flexible and understanding of personal situations.
You never know what pro-athlete is going to walk through the door and interact with the employees (especially during golf season)!
Cons
Looking forward to an upcoming office renovation.
Because of our size, there are certain roles for which there are limited career advancement opportunities (but cross-training is always positive and encouraged). On the other hand, there are a lot of opportunities to learn the business from all sides.

owners friends work there.MICRO management of things they don't even know how to do. Make money in spite of themselves. Promise things to employees that never happen. Throw you under the bus in a heartbeat.
