Really Bad workplace culture! e.g Management fighting, Staff fighting daily. No appreciation or thank you at all. Treated really badly by the company as a whole and the branch. They would rather break your back than make lifting glass easier. Unsafe and dodgy work practices all the time forced from management! Nit picking all the time by management and all staff hate the place! Never meet anyone happy their! Pay is really bad, and honestly not worth your time! I struggle to live every week! As a company your treated as just another number e.g the branch and business do not care about you or your safety. Whatever your job title is, your just treated like a slave to lift ... that's it! Companies got potential but run really badly, its a shame! And they are really good at covering up dodgy dangerous practices or force you to do them! Ive got a painful back and shoulders from being forced to do things as management didn't see or quote, we needed scaffolding or a crane , everything done the hard way. I just would not recommend until they sort their list problems out. No career opportunitys or training.
