Independent, fun work, fun people, interesting client work, good team environment, professional development encouraged for all staff

No benefits or insurance, wasnt full time at first, felt a little unstable at times, wasn't a large company so lacked some perks

The work is simple and easy enough to do. Agency experience is attractive to future employers.
Cons
Unprofessional environment, some employees overworked (to the point of injury) while others are waiting around for work. Unclear roles and responsibilities. Management says one thing but then does another.
