      Pros

      Excellent product for the marketplace, tons of room for growth. Some very good engineers who know what they are doing. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Terrible company culture. If 'Fixed Mindset' was a company, this would be it. Very little collaboration across team members and teams. Overall company vision is lacking, and has an effect on employee morale. Extremely unorganized-- it gets tiring hearing the same excuse for everything: 'Well, that's just start-up culture.' No accountability for how managers treat employees-- managers are only preoccupied with keeping their boss happy.

      Pros

      Incredible product market fit, well-timed startup with exceptional customers at an early stage. Customers are willing to spend a lot on the solution. Employees are collaborative and respect each other.

      Cons

      The CEO is inexperienced and not a leader who rallies employees. He does not trust employees to do their jobs and can be indecisive. There is a low level of accountability across the organization. Not a performance culture, which can lead to scaling problems later.
