Great Mission, Interesting Roll out

- Team lead was amazing, supportive - only 1 in office day per week - Flexibility with scheduling clients - gas reimbursement - in depth training

Cons

- No room for being chronically sick/ ill. Either use leftover PTO or have to leave - Changed billing practices mid year and now require various Medicaid protocol we were not trained on - higher ups will constantly be requiring you to meet billing expectations even if clients are refusing to see you

The pay is terrible and below average for case managers in the dc area They require a lot of work but do not compensate their employees. They emphasize how big they are in the case management community yet their the only company who pays they’re employees below average pay
