Pros
Work flexibility, however I may be confusing this with WFH . . . The new offices are pleasant.
Cons
Absolutely everything else. To keep things simple, just run a few Google searches on: Meretec & Meyado. If you need more: Snr Management are venomous and currently legally pursuing former employees for a variety of fictitious offences. Should you resign from this business, expect to be coerced into signing an exit contract. If you fail to comply they will refuse to pay you, give awful false references to future employers, refuse pay outstanding CPF, etc etc. This is irregardless of your position with the business, since they have done the same for Administrators as they have Consultants. I've never worked in a business that operated with such an absence of infrastructure, but also one who truly doesn't care about the consequences. Consideration for clients is nonexistent, management simply want to "sweat the asset." Employee attrition is extremely high also, just reference LinkedIn. This business is so exposed in so many ways, I cant see them surviving for long and good riddance quite frankly.
