Not worth it

Pros

Sometimes there are free lunches and there are a few people who work there that are nice

Cons

Everyday at Micamp feels like an episode of Survivor, except instead of competing for a million dollars, your fighting for your sanity. The C suite scream, send ruthless emails and genuinely do not care about you. It's like dealing with a tantrum-throwing toddler, except this toddler controls your paycheck. The CFO is really the mastermind behind the petty games. He thrives on creating chaos and watching employees tear each other apart. If your not willing to stab your colleagues in the back, you might as well kiss your career aspirations goodbye. Unless you enjoy being treated like a disposable pawn in a game of corporate chess, steer clear of Micamp. Its not worth it and your mental health will thank you.

Pros

Good company as far as being transparent about who we are when calling businesses.

Cons

Bad pay. Bad location. Management on call center needs an attitude that's not constantly violating human resource policies. Demeaning attitude and language when not called for. Management needs to understand that NO ONE will work for a company that talks down on their employees, it's bad enough the pay is crap. The location seriously needs to change, NO ONE is Scottsdale wants to be an appointment setter, they're too good to work on the phones for 12.oo an hour plus 2.oo or 3.oo Attendance Bonus per hour. The call center either needs to move towards central Phoenix or Mesa where people who actually apply for these type of jobs will come to work and not sit at the computer applying for other jobs while they're employed here because for most people this Scottsdale location is too far.

An Absolute Nightmare

Pros

You work in downtown Scottsdale.

Cons

Incredibly toxic work environment. The pay is so low, the benefits are non-existent, and the upper management team is a perfect example of how not to run a company. If you ask for a raise, they say yes to your face and find reasons over the course of several months to continue to deny it. The CEO doesn't care about employees at all and its a "churn and burn" system as they cycle there way through employees. There's a toxic frat boy culture and waking up every morning knowing you would have to step foot in those doors was something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The executive team is obsessed with drama and pitting people against each other to create an atmosphere of pure chaos, distrust, unhappiness, and anxiety. Any university would be overjoyed to run a psychological study on this place. Its pathetic and I regret every moment of my time with MiCamp.
