      Offer constant knowledge and training in the IT/ICT Market. Company has good values shown across the board most of the time. Employees are young and energetic.

      Cons

      Commission structure is limiting Sales to achieve higher commission with big deals. Some instances of management acting disrespectful towards employees, only in some instances.
