      Always busy Job itself is personally rewarding Fellow Employees are interesting open minded people Good Pay and Incentives

      Cons

      Always short staffed, lots of turn over (usually from firing I heard ) Lots of talk about open door policy, but lots of deaf ears Everyone in a management position has no actual training managing people, so feedback is very poorly worded and borderline insulting instead of constructive

      Pros

      Leadership is a very diverse group, with different leadership styles, which creates a nice balance. The mission is extremely genuine and everyone cares about both customers (the students and the schools). The team strives to work well together, despite a small in-office team, and multiple small departments. The company is making legitimate efforts to build this thing right. Lastly- business is growing! Significant growth in product, sales and product utilization.

      Cons

      Still pretty early stage, so there aren't a ton of spots available yet. Internal promotion paths will come with company growth. If you're not built for busy and demanding start-up life, this isn't the company for you. Lot's to build and figure out.. if you like that- it's a pro!
