Pros
Amazing product that you can actually believe in. Beautiful visuals and a brand profile that allows the company longevity in the market.
Cons
Very, very inexperienced upper management who are essentially rejects from other established brands. Horrible pay issues for employees as the accounting team has no idea how to use basic accounting software. Tons of issues from coast to coast and a high turnover rate as they essentially lose everyone that has a brain due to severely inexperienced upper management.
