Long Monday - Thursdays (which allows for half-day Fridays)
CEO/President assumes everyone is corrupt and runs the office with paranoia and high stress. Struggles to control his temper: constant yelling, cursing at times, very demeaning and unprofessional in his demeanor when he is ranting. If you catch him in a good mood, you are alluded for a moment into believing that you are working with a totally sane individual but this is typically short-lived. Half the time, he forgets the instructions he provides and then is extremely critical and quick to react instead of communicate. The office is run with an iron fist. Additionally, the environment does welcome new ideas and progress.
Mr. Wall lacks understanding of how the administrative department works as his main administrator has been there over 16 years doing everything for him and voluntarily works 12 hour days including Saturdays to appease him. Thus, his expectations are that everyone should work for him just as hard for the same pay and, of course, inevitably fall short. You must also be a mind reader in order to succeed at the firm.
Extremely stressful environment. As an employee, high chance of suffering from anxiety and anguish dealing with management.
