      The MA training program is a joke

      1 hour lunch break and planned events

      Women dominant industry, if you're a straight male you'll be scolded on why you're even there and treated like a joke. MA training is horrible, they train you to be a leasing agent when youre supposed to run a property in 2 months as a assistant or manager.

      I had the best experience with Michelson and so much appreciate their way of management and employing to greatest people that create a team and support the on-site teams. THE BEST I've ever worked with...THANK YOU!!!

      NONE!!! Michelson is the best company and offer the most support to the teams that I've ever seen...been in the PM industry for over 30 years!!!!

      -Free rent -Live onsite (sometimes)

      Cons

      -Minimal training, all depends on your manager. The MA program is intended to prepare you to manage your own building, I personally did not receive any training from my PM to help me get closer to becoming a PM myself. -Outdated training/tactics -Not associated with National Apartment Association, does many things against fair housing -Favoritism -Upper management is not an ally -Toxic work enviroments
