-No contract, no benefits, no salary guarantee. I worked without any legal agreement or protection. -Paid less than half the average market rate for my position. -No KPIs, no structure, no HR department . The VP acts as HR. -Expected to work 10-hour days (12 PM - 10 PM) regularly. -No physical office - they rent meeting rooms as needed. -Extremely toxic management. The VP tried to hold my salary hostage when I refused to serve a month’s notice (again, no contract). -Final words from the VP were: “I don’t want to see your face again.” Enough said. -Most of the developers are incompetent. A SENIOR dev even edited third-party library files to bypass an error instead of learning how to use them properly. -Total lack of professionalism, planning, or accountability. This company is a mess. They exploit people, cut corners, and foster a toxic work environment. If you value your time, energy, and sanity: STAY AWAY
