Lots of benefits, Pay I would say is above average looking at other salaries on Glassdoor. Expectation to work hard but rewarded over time accordingly, Approachable management.

There are the usual internal politics, but no more than other business's.

It was an amazing experience as I was in the Company since early days up to its maturity days and had the possibility to live all the possible phases of a startup, from rise to decline. Located close to a small but livable town, characterized by a young environment operating in stimulating business, .
Cons
Narrow mentality, limited growing opportunities, lack of structure and organization expecially at business decision level, poor resource management, top management distant from the HQ
