Pros
It is a good starting job for engineers. Because the company's small size and partly the not so great organization you have the chance to do a lot of different things and learn a lot from that.
Cons
- Only 1 main customer - Medium to low salaries, barely any other benefits - Very poor structure and organization - Very few to none personal growth possibilities - Internally, not the most international company
