      Compensation is diminishing, treatment of shop floor employees is questionable

      Pros

      Convenient location, parking is good.

      Cons

      Ever since Larry and Bob left, it has never been the same. Benefits are ok, but they took bonuses completely away without saying anything. Halma may have something to do with it but it's important to be transparent with employees. There has been some discrimination of ESL people, as well as some with disabilities.

      Business Development team is super nice.

      Toxic workplace - sexist, disrespectful, pessimistic, lack of clarity on company vision, passive-aggressiveness, gossiping, honestly the list goes on and on.
