Pros
Coworkers Family Atmosphere Sense of Community Management Clear Expectations and Goals Yearly Reviews Employee input is highly encouraged and well received
Cons
Smaller company = higher employer provided health insurance premiums but thats a trade-off for not just being a body at a desk in a huge corporation. PTO (14 days) Can seem micro-managed at times but it is a highly regulated industry.
