      Staff accom is 2 minute walk from the beach Great way to meet new people in a new place Beautiful work place On site staff/coworkers are all lovely

      Cons

      - Shared living can be a bit hectic - Lots of people come and go so staff and management is different at all times - luck of the draw with managers and how they treat you

      great location, close staff accom

      Cons

      management is so poor that it makes work unbearable. Clearly no interest in the worker and even those who want to improve processes so work can be done efficiently.
