Middleby upper management is laughably incompetent. They will delegate tasks to other departments while denying them access to critical information needed to complete them. They will make changes on the fly without any defensible logic or reason and then defend their decisions with "because I'm the leader!" while providing zero evidence that anything they're doing is remotely effective. Then, when bad news comes, they blame everyone else for failing them, like when they put up a big countdown clock announcing when we'd be terminated for failing to "turn things around" for them. I reported numerous HR issues to management but was told I was in the wrong for not being thick-skinned enough. With that attitude, you can see how sabotage would run rampant at a division losing money hand over fist. Great leadership!!

Company comes in, buys up companies, then consolidates. The consolidation is terrible and thats putting it lightly. Doesn't think about end customer, only care is profit.
