Pros
No pros, I worked here for just 8 months due to the fact that I was not able to find another job. But I wanted to leave this company within a month I joined, but could not do. So, it became my compulsion to work here due to the the reason explained above.
Cons
The CFO of the company scolds each and every one in the company, whether senior to him or junior. He and all other senior person used to scold everyone one by one if there was any issue. Apart from this they used to humiliate each one of us. They even used to scold a manager who was 55 years old guy. I don't ask anyone to believe this or not, you can go and experience this kind of thing yourself. No HR policy, You can say it is a JUNGLERAAZ. No management, no one to understand you or your problems or necessity. Six days working with no fixed time to go home, without over time payment. You will have to work for 12 hours even if there is no work.
