Pros

Very few pros to speak of. You might find an occasional coworker that you become friends with. You create your own schedule but are expected to be on the road from 9-6. Your day is far longer than those hours though.

Cons

Extremely unrealistic expectations. The territories are shrinking as is the customer base. Retailers are going out of business every day. Their are way too many levels of management. If you are a skilled liar and enjoy game playing this might be the right fit for you. Account managers are catty and childish. Managers are rude and disrespectful. Upper management and CEO are overrated, egotistical, overpaid jokes.

Pros

None to think of unless you're into making other people money and not compensated well for your efforts.

Cons

The highest volume accounts are given to the regional managers for them to work in your territory while you piddle around with the lower volume accounts. Extreme micromanging by the upper management to overly exceed and perform as this is how they get paid bonuses. The product is not of good quality as to be expected from a Ganz owned company. The rate you're paid for hotel lodging is ridiculous, to be safe you end up pulling money out of your own pocket. This company is a joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Pros

Meeting new clients and building relationships. Getting to see new products in the industry. Samples. Working from home.

Cons

Driving. Cancelled appointments. No leadership. Low commission. Be aware of the Shipping cap for your " commission check" - you do not received any commission until it ships. You also have to hit a certain number each month and if you do not it will roll over to the next month. Say you need 10,000 shipping a month and you only reach 7,000 that month, 3,000 will roll over to the next month leaving you to achieve 13,000 in shipping until you get commission. No coaching, No team unity, High anxiety, very stressful, you will be spoken down too, a good day is never good enough. Your day is not 9-5 and can easily take over your life without you knowing. I thought going to market would bring me a positive outlook however I was looked down on, shoved to the side, and told not to look at or speak to Mr, Ganz the President of the company. I refuse to invest in a company that will get rid of me at the drop of a dime.
