Pros

I have worked here for a few months now and absolutely love it! There is a lot of energy and the people are great! They are all young professionals in a growing company! I have already been promoted and love the opportunity!

Cons

There are no cons at MEG

Very personable co workers and management. Decent potential for advancement.

Cons

Commission based. Huge gas expenses. Very little training. Very little income stability. 6 day work weeks.

Pros

Since I started here at Midwest Elite Group a few months ago, I have already witnessed a Co-Worker be promoted to an Assistant Manager role as well as experienced my own growth within the company already. I also really enjoy the energy and excitement others in the office have. It makes coming into work everyday fun knowing i'm going in to work with people I now consider my friends instead of just Co-workers.

Cons

At the moment there are no real cons that come to mind.
