Pros
There was bread when a new employee joined. Which was common, was many would either get fired or quit.
Cons
Tense environment and no team work (there was bullying between collegues). The teamleader was too shy to give feedback, was was not qualified (educated in a different field) and could not give feedback. In the end, half of my team got fired, with no warnings or explanation.
